Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez join the cast of Welcome 3


The updates of the upcoming comedy entertainer, Welcome 3 is hyping up excitement levels day by day. As the Welcome franchise is already loved by the netizens, the third installment and its cast is leaving the fans amazed. Reportedly, producer Firoz Nadiadwala has roped in Ahmed Khan to direct the film. It was also reported that Arshad Warsi, and Sanjay Dutt have joined the cast to add drama to the franchise. Well, the Akshay Kumar starrer comedy franchise is getting bigger day by day.

Now, adding to the already bubbling excitement, the names of the female cast have been revealed. Pinkvilla reported that Jacqueline Fernandez and Disha Patani have been added to the cast of Welcome 3. Yes, you read that right! These two Bollywood divas will add their charm to the comedy entertainer.

Apart from Akshay Kumar, actors Arshad Warsi and Sanjay Dutt have replaced Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor. Given their chemistry in Munnabhai MBBS, the audience will surely love the two coming together onscreen once again.

Speaking of the comedy franchise, the first two parts were helmed by Anees Bazmee, and now the third installment will be helmed by Ahmed Khan, who has delivered action-hit films like Baaghi 2 and Baaghi 3. Soon, the official statement for the film will be issued, and will also announce the official cast for the film.

The film’s third installment will hit the floors next year, in 2024. As we all know, it was in 2007 when the first installment of the comedy franchise was released, and it stands to be loved immensely even today. The film featured Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Feroz Khan, and Mallika Sherawat. The second installment was released in 2015 and starred John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal, among others.
