In a dramatic final, Mumbai Indians emerged victorious by 8 runs against Delhi Capitals to win the 2025 Women’s Premier League title.

Mumbai Indians set a total of 149/7, thanks to a brilliant knock of 66 runs off 44 balls from captain Harmanpreet Kaur. Nat Sciver-Brunt also contributed with 30 runs to the total.

In the chase, Delhi Capitals fell short, managing only 141/9 in 20 overs. Sciver-Brunt was the hero with the ball, picking up 3 wickets for 30 runs, and Amelia Kerr added 2 wickets to help seal the win.

Marizanne Kapp was the top scorer for DC with 40 runs, while Jemimah Rodrigues contributed with a score of 30.
