Now, Ranbir Kapoor took some time from his busy schedule and engaged in a conversation with his followers. During the chat, he spilled out some interesting deets about Animal and Ramayana.
Animal is Ranbir Kapoor’s darkest movie
As Ranbir Kapoor engaged himself in a candid chat with his followers on social media, he acknowledged the dark nature of the movie and opened up about his physical transformation. He said, “For Animal, I have shaved my hair! For the last scene, I had done that. So now I am growing my hair. Since I am not working on any film, I am eating a lot, and not following any diet. I have changed my entire lifestyle. I have quit smoking, so I am eating a lot of chocolates.”
Further, he also opened up about Animal being dark in nature. Speaking about this, Ranbir said, “This is the darkest film I have done because I am not playing any psycho killer in it. It is just the character, his mind and the way he operates. His psyche is very dark.” The actor also added that the character is not something he is or he relates to. Ranbir finds it interesting to play such a kind of character because it is new and original.
Ranbir Kapoor spills deets about Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana
Reportedly, Ranbir Kapoor was being said to play the role of Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. Now, the actor has shed light on one of the most ambitious projects. During the same conversation, Ranbir said that Ramayana is a big project which needs a lot of work. He further said that nothing has been finalized about the project, but he hopes it is done soon.
Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing a fully opposite role in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana if his role gets confirmed. As compared to his grey character in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, where he looks absolutely rugged and carries a very dark vibe. On this note, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is slated to release on 1st December, 2023.
