I eat my dinner by 7 pm and fast for 14 hours. I usually follow a high protein low carb diet, but when you’re working, you need to adapt to the role and its requirements. Rohit wanted me to put on weight on my legs as he wanted a tough officer. So to get into the skin of the character, I changed my diet to put on some extra pounds focusing mainly on my lower body.”
