Shilpa Shetty is one of the most loved actresses in Bollywood. The actress is currently busy promoting her upcoming web series Indian Police Force. Shilpa has become the first female cop in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. The actress’ cop avatar has won many hearts. Indian Police Force also stars Vivek Oberoi and Sidharth Malhotra in the lead roles. A few days ago, Shilpa had revealed that she was supposed to work with Rohit Shetty on Golmaal 14 years ago, however, things didn’t work out at that time. Now, in a recent interview, Shilpa Shetty was asked if she regrets rejecting Golmaal.
Shilpa Shetty talks about rejecting Golmaal
Speaking with News18, Shilpa said that she she has no regrets turning down the offer. The actress said, “When Rohit had offered me the first Golmaal, it didn’t materialise because I was travelling and his dates didn’t work out. And I don’t regret anything in my life. I feel there’s a right time and place for everything.”
Furthermore, Shilpa added that she is happy her journey with Rohit began with Indian Police Force. The actress said, “You should ask Rohit what took us so long to come together. But what happens in our life is always predestined. When I look back, I feel happy that my journey with Rohit began with Tara Shetty, a part of his cop verse. It couldn’t have been better than this.”

Talking about Golmaal, the first part starred Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi, and Tusshar Kapoor. After Golmaal: Fun Unlimited, Rohit released Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3, and Golmaal Again. The filmmaker had earlier revealed that Golmaal 5 is on the cards.
