The wait is finally over! The teaser of Sonam Kapoor starrer Blind is out now. Sonam plays the role of a blind cop. The name of her character is Gia. The first teaser gives a glimpse of Sonam as Gia and it’ll leave you beyond excited. Blind also stars Purab Kohli.
The teaser introduces Sonam’s character as Gia, a visually impaired person who takes a cab on a rainy day. Purab Kohli is the one driving the car. Sonam soon realises that someone is being held hostage in the trunk of the car. She tries to fight in order to get out of the car.

The teaser then shows police officers looking for a man who has been kidnapping women in the UK. We then see Purab Kohli’s character warning her to stay away from him. At the end, Sonam says, “Main toh andhere me hi rehti hu. I’ll put an end to this.”
Shome Makhija shared the teaser on his Instagram and wrote in the caption, “Evil comes in many forms, but so does the truth… Will Gia be able to conquer the darkness? Watch #BlindOnJioCinema, streaming free 7 July onwards.”
Reacting to the teaser, a fan dropped a comment saying, “The queen is backkkk.” Another fan commented, “Ufff.” There was another one who commented, “Can’t wait for the movie to be released. Sonam Kapoor is back. @shomemak congratulations on your dream project. Looking forward to many more films from you.“
Apart from Sonam and Purab, Blind also stars Lillete Dubey and Vinay Pathak. The upcoming film is directed by Shome Makhija. Presented by Jio Studios, in association with RV Motion Pictures & Lead Filns, a Kanai, Avma and Kross Pictures Production, Blind will premiere on 7th July on JioCinema.
