Actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff promoted their upcoming film, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, at an event in Lucknow on Monday. As both the actors enjoy a massive fan following, their fans thronged at the venue to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars. While the actors tried their best to interact with crowd and entertain them, the situation went out of control when the stampede like situation occurred. To tame the crowd, police personnel present there resorted to lathi charges.

Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s Lucknow fans go berserk

During the event, Akshay and Tiger arrived in a grand manner, thrilling the audience with their high-flying aerial stunts. The actors were seen entering the Clock Tower, Husainabad, hanging on wires. They were greeted with cheers from the large crowd. In one of the video, Akshay is seen wishing fans Eid Mubarak in advance.

Amid the excitement, the situation escalated when the large crowd triggered a stampede-like situation, causing chaos and panic. Viral videos showed some individuals throwing slippers toward the stage. There also came a time when the actors were distributing freebies and in lieu of grabbing it, however, the crowd created a ruckus.

Produced by Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, and Ronit Roy in key roles. Tiger and Akshay will portray the roles of courageous soldiers in the film which is set to release on April 11, coinciding with Eid festivities.
