So, you already have people saying ‘The best of the best have gone there and have not got it, where will this girl go.’ And, I’m thinking once in a lifetime opportunity. I want to go there wearing ‘India’ and comeback with something that no one has ever done before. I want to be India’s first. And that was driving enough force where just mummy, daddy, me and my brother were supporting me at that time. And of course, that support grew. I have to thank all my life, the country of Philippines for the amount of love and generosity they have showered upon me. And, when I won in the Convention Centre, forty thousand people, live, gave me a standing ovation.”
