Sunny Deol’s son Karan Deol married his longtime girlfriend Drisha Acharya on June 18. The couple’s wedding took place in the presence of their close friends and family members. Dharmendra was a part of his grandson Karan’s wedding. Several photos and videos of the veteran actor enjoying his grandson’s wedding went viral on social media. On Thursday, Dharmendra shared a tweet thanking fans for their love and best wishes.

The veteran actor shared a picture of both his old look, as well as his recent. Dharmendra wrote on Twitter, “Friends, great full to you all for your good wishes on Karan’s marriage ceremony (heart emojis and nazar amulet emoji).”

Reacting to the tweet, a fan wrote, “Bowed down towards Dharmendra sir… great respect always my favourite one.” Another fan shared a viral photo of the veteran actor posing with Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Anupam Kher, and Sunny Deol. “Your dance at Karan’s wedding was lovely sir… Love you sir. And best wishes for Karan and Drisha.”
For the uninitiated, a video of Dharmendra ji dancing with grandson Karan Deol at his sangeet ceremony went viral on social media. The video showed them performing on the song Yamla Pagla Deewana.
On the other hand, Karan Deol earlier shared photos from his wedding with Drisha Acharya. In one of the photos, Dharmendra is seen posing with his first wife Prakash Kaur.
On the work front, Dharmendra has Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani teaser was unveiled a few days ago and it gave a glimpse of the veteran actor’s character. Dharmendra plays Ranveer Singh’s grandfather in the upcoming film. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani also stars Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The Karan Johar directorial releases on 28th July.
