I’ve been inspired by him when I was a child. I am completely thrilled and feel honoured when I’m in the company of Mr Naseeruddin Shah. Through his performance, I learned a lot. But when you are working with them, you are professional enough to understand that. We too are professionals and we are playing roles, okay? That’s our job and we have to do it really well. No, in front of the camera, there’s no place for that kind of feeling. But off the camera, yes, the nervousness is there only because of the respect that I have for them.”
